Busy Ophthalmology/Optometry practice looking for an experienced front office receptionist who is outgoing, and a team player who can work independently and is a quick learner. We are seeking someone with exceptionally friendly people skills, positive attitude, with the ability to multitask to join our practice.
Duties include, but not limited to; Answering phones, Scheduling & confirming appointments, Greeting/checking in/out patients, Rooming patients, verifying insurance, and collecting fees.
Minimum 2 years experience in a medical office setting is required.
