Job Description Summary: This role will partner with sales, marketing, product, PMM, finance & analytics, legal, compliance, pricing, and other functions to strengthen the operational program management and delivery process to ensure strategic pricing objectives are delivered in a timely manner for the company. Given the high-profile nature of global pricing projects, this role offers regular visibility to senior management and the opportunity to help commercialize our suite of solutions across our two-sided merchant and consumer network. We are looking for a strong people manager and influencer across the company; someone that can provide structure, calmness, and positivity during the delivery of complex projects.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution of multiple cross functional projects within the pricing portfolio.
  • Activities include coordination of project execution, communication, training, and overall change management.
  • Collaborate with various regional and functional partners to roll-up key status & milestones, risk areas and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with the engineering team to manage development schedules and resource planning for the operational team
  • Review new pricing proposals and provide feedback on system and operational feasibility.
  • Direct management responsibilities of pricing enablement project managers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with excellent project management and process optimization orientation (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution
  • Excellent oral and written communication up to the senior executive level
  • Solution oriented mindset – always hunting for ways to move the ball forward.
  • High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. Very comfortable with people and in building interpersonal relationships.
  • Highly accountable with great attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and high growth environment is preferred.
  • Experience with different software development methodologies and associated tools like Jira, Clarizen, etc. is preferred.
