- Establish quality standards for all core admissions and training processes
- Recommend improvements to admissions and training processes to ensure quality control
- Teach the StartX staff and judges about quality bars and aligned processes to improve community excellence
- Maintain records related to all quality-related activities, including founder admissions, judge selection and mentor trial periods
- Perform inspections at random and at predetermined points to assess quality
- Ensure products and processes meet customer expectations based on StartX mission and values
- Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
- Experience with quality management techniques, theories and best practices
- Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role is a plus
- Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations
