The position reports to the Director of HR.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be a total solution provider and be responsible for:

  • Cover the front lobby area and be the company phone operator for incoming calls
  • Answer all incoming calls by the third ring and transfer the calls as appropriate
  • Following the telephone protocol accurately
  • Taking concise messages and distributing them in a timely manner
  • Greet vendors and visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, mail to be sent out, office supplies, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copies of documents, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed
  • Other job duties as assigned by the Director of HR


The ideal Receptionist will also have:

  • 1 - 2 years of previous administrative support experience is required
  • Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
  • Can thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency at Microsoft Office
