- Process customer requests via phone and email
- Create, present, and follow-up on quotes and bid opportunities
- Assist in preparing documentation for bid opportunities
- Process customer orders
- Assist with basic technical support
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
- BS College degree (in Engineering or related major), or high school diploma plus relative experience
- Technical Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Industrial Sales Experience: 2-3 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
