ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for quality, productivity, and cycle time, as well as accountable for individual results, at assigned operations.
- Must be able to understand and resolve job related problems within areas of responsibility.
- Must be able to understand and react to Statistical Process Control (SPC); read and understand production reports and process instructions; and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must possess good communication, problem solving and computer skills.
- Must be flexible, able to learn and apply knowledge quickly, and capable of operating multiple tools within a production cell in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate will work in a class 100 cleanroom.
- Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience, or equivalent. Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency, commitment, and be results oriented.
- Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Intermediate/advanced level of Excel a plus.
- Must be a self-starter and quick learner.
- Excellent dexterity when handling small parts is required.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
